Italian Spinach Tortellini

Today I tried a new recipe.  I saw it somewhere but I cannot remember if it was Pinterest, Facebook, or a blog or something.  So I am going to post it here so I won't lose it first of all, but also so you can try it if you want to!  It was super easy and so worth trying.  We will be having it again I am for sure.

Italian Spinach Tortellini
1 bag frozen tortellini
2 cans Italian diced tomatoes
1 block cream cheese
1 carton chicken broth
1 small bag fresh spinach
salt and garlic to taste ( I just added a tad)

Put all ingredients in crockpot (cut cream cheese up in cubes) and cook on low 5-6 hours.
Done.  Easy peasy.  I served it with cheesy garlic bread.  This is very filling too so there will be leftovers I am sure!
